What is collected

Your name, email address, birth date, birth time, birth place, where you currently live, and the question you submit. For paid orders, payment is handled by Wix; I never see your card details.

Why

To compute your chart, write your reading, deliver it, and answer you if you reply.

Who else processes it

Wix, which runs this site and handles the forms, bookings, payments and most email delivery. Google, for the Drive folder where my working copy of your reading is kept, and for Gmail when email is sent that way instead. Anthropic, whose language model drafts the reading from your chart data. Railway, which hosts the service that does the work. Payment card details are handled by Wix and never reach me. Your data is never sold, and it is not used for advertising.

How long my data is kept

Your reading and the birth details it was built from are deleted 12 months after delivery. That covers the life of your reading link and leaves you time to come back with a follow-up question. My own working copy of your reading is kept separately as a business record; ask me and I will delete that too. Free mini-reading links expire after 3 months. Email hello@thepatternsynthesis.com to see what is held about you, correct it, or have it deleted.
